We understand that sometimes plans can change and you may need to amend your booking, don't worry - we’ve got you covered!
All Official Paultons Breaks give you the freedom to make changes to your booking up to 36 hours before your stay.
For total peace of mind, add our cancellation protection to your break - allowing you to cancel your booking up to 36 hours before your stay for any reason and receive a full refund.
Flexibility as standard - included for all stays at no extra cost:
All Official Paultons Breaks give you the freedom to make changes to your booking up to 36 hours before your stay, with no amendment fees.
If you choose to change your stay date, hotel, room type and/or party composition and the cost of your new break is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
All other changes to your booking including lead name, personal details, and ticket entry date can be changed or requested up to 36 hours before your arrival date free of charge.
Cancellation protection - for extra peace of mind:
Our Cancellation protection gives you our highest level of flexibility and protection. Allowing you to cancel your stay date up until 36 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund (less the cost of the cancellation protection).

Bookings with Cancellation Protection:
If you have added our cancellation protection to your booking you can cancel your booking up 36 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund (less the cost of the cancellation protection).
Bookings without Cancellation Protection:
If your booking is not covered with our cancellation protection you can change your stay date up to 36 hours before your arrival date.

Amends and cancellations will need to be completed via our Guest Experience Team.
If you choose to make any changes to your booking - whilst we will do everything we can to help, we cannot guarantee to meet any such requests. Please be aware some changes may incur an additional charge.
If you choose to amend your stay date, hotel, room type or party composition and your new break is more expensive, you will need to pay any additional amounts. If your new break is cheaper than your existing booking, we will refund the difference. All amounts will be either taken/refunded to the original payment method. Any refunds which are due can take up to 14 working days to be refunded.
Any alteration that is requested within 36 hours of the date of ticket entrance to Paultons Park or within 36 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges set out in our terms and conditions.
Certain packages & promotional offers may be non-amendable, therefore, will be exempt from our standard terms and conditions. Any non-amendable packages will be highlighted on the event or promotion page and Help Centre.
Cancellation protection is non-refundable and can only be added to your short break at the time of booking.
If you choose to cancel your booking, and you do not have cancellation protection, normal cancellation charges will apply. You can find more about these in our Terms & Conditions.
