Accessibility at Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World

Different rides and attractions have varied physical restrictions and requirements. Some rides may require wheelchair users to walk to the ride vehicle from their wheelchair and some may require riders to have upper and/or lower body control. There are also restrictions on some rides for those with broken limbs.
To prepare for your visit, read Paultons Park’s current guidance for guests with access requirements. This includes detailed accessibility and ride information.
Queue Assist Pass
Paultons Park offers a Queue Assist Pass for eligible disabled guests who experience difficulty with queueing. Having a registered disability does not automatically qualify a guest for the scheme.
Who is eligible for a Queue Assist Pass?
Guests must have a valid Access Card ID with at least one of the eligible access symbols specified by Paultons Park, covering needs such as difficulty standing, difficulty with crowds, standing and queueing, or urgent toilet requirements.
If you do not already have a suitable Access Card ID, you must register your access requirements before trying to book a pass. Registration can take several working days and may take longer during busy periods, so please apply well before your visit.
Book your Queue Assist Pass before visiting
Queue Assist Passes must be booked in advance for your selected visit date. The number available each day is limited, so booking early is strongly recommended. A Paultons Break and Park admission do not automatically include or reserve a Queue Assist Pass.
How does Queue Assist work?
The pass removes the need for an eligible guest to stand in the main queue while waiting to ride; it does not provide instant access. During the allocated waiting time, guests can enjoy other eligible attractions and facilities. A maximum of two ride bookings can be active at one time.
Important information
- The eligible guest and their Queue Assist wristband must be present when accessing a ride.
- All individual ride restrictions and safety requirements continue to apply.
- The number of accompanying carers permitted varies by ride.
- Rides listed on the pass can generally be accessed through the scheme once per day and may be subject to time restrictions.
- Queue Assist does not apply to character meet and greets, shows, play areas or the Park’s special events.
- Ride operators’ safety decisions are final and staff cannot physically lift guests on or off rides.
Visit the official Queue Assist Pass page to check the latest eligibility rules, register your access requirements and book a pass. Park staff can provide further accessibility guidance during your visit.
