What is the ticket procedure for entering the Park?
Your email confirmation and PDF attachment will contain your bar-coded Paultons Park tickets. Please open the attachment, print the tickets and your confirmation email before leaving home and take these with you on your trip. On arrival at Paultons Park, simply take the tickets to the turnstiles where the bar codes on the tickets will be scanned to allow entry to the Park where your adventure will begin.
When can I use my tickets?
For Theme Park packages, your tickets are valid for entry into the Park for the number of days specified on your booking - keep them safe! Your first day in the Park is specified on your tickets. Any extra days included in your break can be used at any point during your stay, between your hotel check-in and check-out date.
What do I need to bring with me to gain entry to the Park?
You will need to bring your printed tickets, which are in the PDF attachment of the email confirmation. The lead name on the booking will also need to bring photo identification or a credit card.
What are the cancellation charges if I cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Paultons Breaks and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost):
Cancellation on day of purchase — 0% charged before 8pm (or 5:30pm on weekends and bank holidays) on day of booking (unless your stay date is within 24 hours then 100% cancellation fees apply)
More than 14 days in advance of arrival — 25% of total booking value
Within 4-14 days of arrival — 50% of total booking value
Within 36 hours-3 days of arrival — 75% of total booking value
Within 36 hours of arrival — 100% of total booking value
If cancellation protection was taken out at the time of booking, these charges do not apply providing you have contacted us at least 36 hours before the date of your stay.
Can I amend my booking?
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Please be aware amendments may incur an additional charge. All amendments must be made through Paultons Breaks, please call on 01303 490036 (calls cost 9p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge). Any alteration requested within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to Paultons Park or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges.

Can we enter and exit the Park throughout the day?
Hand stamps can be obtained at the exit of the Big Toy Shop at the main entrance to enable you to return to your car during the day. You must have a valid hand stamp to gain re-entry to the Park.
What will happen if the weather is bad?
Whilst Paultons Park is fundamentally an outdoor attraction, there are still areas that can be enjoyed when the weather is bad. George's Spaceship Play Zone is a large indoor play area within Peppa Pig World which, in addition to numerous giant umbrellas located on the many patio areas, will provide shelter during those sudden showers! Paultons Park and Paultons Breaks regret that refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. If you come prepared you will still have a great day!
Do certain rides close during the year?
In order to keep all the rides and attractions in the best possible condition for our guests, maintenance work needs to be carried out during the year. Please click here for the full list of rides and attractions undergoing work during 2017/18.
Are there qualified first aiders at Paultons Park?
The First Aid Centre is located along Show Street. In addition, the Park also has qualified First Aiders employed as members of staff to assist when required.
How far is Paultons Park from the nearest train station?
There are two main line train stations near to Paultons Park. Southampton Central is approximately a 10-15 minute taxi drive to the Park. Alternatively, Southampton Airport Parkway, is approximately a 15 minute taxi drive to the Park.
Are bus services available to and from Paultons Park?
Paultons Park is easily reached by bus. Catch the X7 Salisbury-Southampton service (runs Monday-Saturday except public holidays). This bus service stops at the Vine Inn, Ower and the Theme Park is just a short walk down the drive.
On Sundays and public holidays, this bus service is numbered X71 and normally stops at the Theme Park entrance.

Does Paultons Park charge for parking?
Parking is free at Paultons Park.
Are there any height restrictions in the car park?
There are no height restrictions to enter the car park. Large vehicles, buses and coaches will be directed to the coach parking area upon arrival during busy times.
What are the height restrictions for rides?
Please visit Paultons’ website for full details of rides with a height restriction. Children must wear shoes when being measured for height.
Are children under 1 metre free?
Yes - children under 1 metre in height (when wearing shoes) do not require a ticket and go free of charge.
Are there any shops in the Park?
There are specialist retail shops situated throughout the Park including the The Big Toy Shop near the Main Entrance, Outpost 12 located in Lost Kingdom and Peppa’s Toy Shop — the largest Peppa Pig shop in the world!
Are pushchairs available to hire?
Strollers can be hired from the Guest Information desk. There is a hire charge of £8 per day for a single stroller and £12 per day for a double stroller (prices subject to change). Please be aware, pushchairs are subject to availability and a £30 refundable deposit is required.
Are wheelchairs available to hire?
Wheelchairs are available to hire free of charge albeit we do ask that these be pre-booked prior to arrival by telephoning 023 8081 4442. Please be aware that hiring a wheelchair inside the Park does not permit free entry. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Is the Park suitable for disabled guests?
Paultons Park is located on a mostly flat site with wide tarmac pathways making for easy movement around the Park for those guests with mobility problems. The vast majority of the rides and attractions are accessible to guests with disabilities albeit there are a few exceptions. The Park has a comprehensive Accessibility Guide which details all the rides and any restrictions that may exist. Copies of this are available on request at the Admissions Kiosk, from Guest Information or can be viewed online on our disabled guests page.
Are lockers available to rent?
Standard sized lockers for personal belongings and bags are located adjacent to Guest Information at the main entrance, in the Water Kingdom, near the Trekking Tractors/Peppa Pig World Gift Shop and just inside the entrance to the Lost Kingdom. A £1 charge applies for one use. Large sized luggage lockers are also available opposite the Floating Globe by the Sycamore Room entrance. A £5 charge applies for daily use, plus a £20 deposit. Lockers can be re-opened throughout the day. Visit Guest Services at the Park for more information. Please be aware that lockers are limited and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Does the park have baby care facilities?
The Baby Care Centre (located just inside the main entrance area and Station/Pirate Ship toilets) has facilities for feeding and changing babies and a separate room for mothers to breastfeed. Baby changing facilities are also provided in Ladies and Gents toilets within the Park. Baby bottle and food heating is available at restaurants and kiosks.
