Paultons Breaks Social Media Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promotion and entry

This prize draw, referred to as the “competition” in the Facebook post, is open for entries from 9 October 2026 until 23:59:59 on 23 October 2026.

To enter, you must complete and submit the entry form available via the specified Facebook post and sign up to the Paultons Breaks mailing list. All entries must be submitted through the form by 23:59:59 on 23 October. No purchase is necessary.

By clicking Submit, you agree to send your information to Official Paultons Breaks, which will use it in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Facebook will also use your information in accordance with its Data Policy, including for autofill forms for ads.

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made using a script, macro or other automated device or method will be void. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will also be invalid and void.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost due to computer error in transit.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You agree that Facebook will not be liable to you in any way in respect of this promotion.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who sign up to the Paultons Breaks mailing list through the specified Facebook post.

Employees and their families of Paultons Park Limited and Holiday Extras Limited, their associated companies or agencies, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter. Members of the immediate families or households of those employees are also excluded.

Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid, eligible entries using a verifiably random process.

The winner will be contacted by email by 30 November 2026, using the email address supplied with their entry. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner.

The winner must reply to the email within seven days of the initial notification to accept the prize and provide any information reasonably required to arrange it. Confirmation of the prize will be made by email.

If the winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or is unable to comply with these terms the prize may be forfeited.

The prize

The prize consists of:

• A two-consecutive-night stay at Leonardo Hotel Southampton in a room that sleeps two adults and two children.
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Two consecutive days’ entry to Paultons Park for up to two adults and two children.
• Early access to Peppa Pig World and a special opportunity to meet Peppa Pig and George before the park opens, between 9am and 10am, on selected dates. The prize also includes 30 minutes’ early access to the rides in Peppa Pig World from 9.30am. This part of the prize is valid on one of the park-entry dates and is available only on the selected dates listed at paultonspark.co.uk/tickets/early-play.
• One FREE Photo Pass, including five photography items such as printed photos, key rings, magnets and exclusive licences.
• A £100 in-park spend gift voucher.

The prize must be used before 31 August 2027. The winner may select a date up to and including 31 August 2027 to redeem the prize. Dates are subject to availability and exclusions. Early access to the park is available only on selected dates listed at paultonspark.co.uk/tickets/early-play.

All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time as one package. The two days of park entry must be taken on consecutive days when the park is open on both days.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

The prize is subject to availability and to the applicable terms and conditions of Holiday Extras, Paultons Park and the prize suppliers.

Transport, refreshments other than the breakfast stated above, and any other costs or arrangements not specifically included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. This includes any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a reasonable alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Winner information and publicity

Only the winner’s surname and county will be disclosed in winner information. Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting Holiday Extras at the postal address listed below.

A list of winners will be available by writing to the publisher of the website at the Promoter’s address no earlier than six weeks after the close of the competition, unless otherwise stated. Only the winner’s surname and county will be disclosed.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and disclosure of their county of residence, by Holiday Extras Limited and Paultons Park Limited. The winner will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by those companies relating to post-winning publicity.

Data protection and marketing

Personal information supplied by entrants will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner and fulfil the prize in accordance with Holiday Extras’ Privacy Policy.

Holiday Extras Limited, operating on behalf of Paultons Park Limited, would like to use your personal data, including your contact information, device data and purchase data, to keep in touch with personalised email and SMS updates about the offers and latest news available from Paultons Breaks.

The original entry-form wording is: “By clicking SUBMIT, I confirm that I am happy to receive these updates from Holiday Extras operating on behalf of Paultons Park Limited, and I confirm that I am over 18 years of age.”

Abuse, changes and decisions

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entry where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these terms, that the entry is fraudulent, automated or otherwise not genuine, or that the entrant is not entering into the spirit of the competition.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and the administration of the prize draw are final. No correspondence will be entered into, except where required to arrange or verify the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these terms, or to suspend or withdraw the promotion, only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including operational or regulatory reasons, and provided participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
