If you are booking the Hoburne Bashley Caravan Park, you must adhere to these cancellation and amendment terms below. These replace the cancellation and amendment terms as set out in clause 5 of Paultons Breaks standard booking terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking you should advise us (Paultons Breaks) immediately by telephone (0871 360 2034, calls cost 11p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) and then send us a confirmatory letter. We will incur additional administration costs when you cancel your booking and we may be unable to re-let the accommodation or pitch. Therefore we make a cancellation charge on the following scale:

CANCELLATION BY US
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (E.g. damage, maintenance, flood, fire etc), we may have to cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may either choose to receive a full refund or accept an alternative holiday with us at the brochure price but you will have no further claim against us. We also reserve the right to change your allocated accommodation or pitch either on arrival or during your stay, this will be to a similar or higher standard of accommodation or pitch.

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you want to make a minor change to any of the details of your booking e.g. standard or changing the name of a member of your party, we will do our best to assist you, subject to availability. There will be no charge for minor changes. A change of dates, or any change that affects the price of your holiday, will be treated as a major change. Major changes made at least 42 days prior to the start date of your holiday will incur an administration charge of £20.00. Major changes made within 42 days of the start date of your holiday will be treated as a cancellation - see above for cancellation charges.

Breakfast is not included in your package. However, you can whip up a delicious breakfast in your very own kitchen. If you need to stock up on your breakfast favourites, there’s a convenience store onsite.

Alternatively, if you fancy heading out, breakfast is available at Café H, 7 days a week (please note: charges apply).

The 1912 restaurant is a contemporary Bistro serving a great selection of family favourite dishes. To grab a bite to eat or a quick coffee, head to the Cafe H coffee shop.

The 1912 restaurant serves lunch and dinner with a great selection of family favourites including fish and chips, burgers and a range of dishes from the grill.

Each caravan has an open plan living room and kitchen, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

You can make use of the fully equipped kitchen and heated lounge with freeview TV and DVD player.

Cots are available to hire at £14 per stay (prices subject to change), just ask at reception on arrival.

The Bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
