Shows and Walkthroughs at Paultons
At the very entrance to the park you will be able to explore two excellent museums. The first is the Village Life Museum which features a comprehensive history of Paultons Park and the surrounding area using photographs and artifacts. Just next to the museum is the Romany Experience, a unique collection of Gypsy wagons set in the style of a typical encampment. This is an exhibit with a difference with talking models and even lifelike smells! If you fancy a prehistoric adventure, then head through the gardens into the Land of Dinosaurs where 13 different types of this mighty beast live in their natural habitat!
Near to the Pirate Ship and the Wave Runner is the Magic Forest attraction. This pleasant walkthrough is great for the kids as they follow the Yellow Brick Road and discover all of their favourite nursery rhymes, like Little Miss Muffet and Humpty Dumpty. Also near the Pirate Ship is Wizard Percy and the Lost Dragon, where Scotty the Clown will be joining Paultons' resident owl Percy in a magical journey of fun and laughter as they try and find the mythical Lost Dragon of Paultons Park!
Sitting in between the Stinger and the Exotic Bird Collection lies The Wonderful World of Wind in the Willows. In this great animated attraction the children can follow story line of this classic tale whilst meeting Mr Toad and friends.
