Beaulieu

Beaulieu is one of the New Forest's foremost attractions with plenty to offer within its extensive grounds.

Beaulieu is home to The National Motor Museum, the historic Palace House and also Beaulieu Abbey. The excellent range of attractions contributes to Beaulieu being recognised as one of the country's best heritage sites, with picturesque buildings to excellent and comprehensive collections of historical artifacts.

Guests to Beulieu this year will want to see the latest addition to its extensive collection of legendary Bond movie cars, bikes and boats in The James Bond Experience. A BMW R2100 will be added arrive, having featured in the 1997 film Tomorrow Never Dies. Also new for 2007 will be 'Supercars' which opens for Easter 2007. This incredible new exhibit will feature some of the world's most expensive and exciting cars, such as the Ferrari Enzo, the Aston Martin Virage and the McLaren F1.

The extensive collection of 250 cars at The National Motor Museum is not the only attraction on offer at Beaulieu. Also be to visit the Palace House, home of the Montagu Family since 1538. Tales from the butler, cook and housemaids give a fascinating insight into the workings of a Victorian household. Meanwhile the 13th century Cistercian Abbey offers an interesting insight into times long ago and The Secret Army exhibition tells the story of wartime Beaulieu and the training of secret agents.

Marwell Zoo
During your Paultons Break you also have the option of visiting the excellent Marwell Zoo. This park has been open since 1972 and is now home to over 200 different species animal.
