Christmas Attraction Important Information

PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECTED RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS WILL NOT BE OPEN DURING CHRISTMAS AT PAULTONS AND THE WINTER SEASON (5th – 6th and 12th – 13th November).

Rides and attractions OPEN during Christmas at Paultons:

Victorian Double Decker Carousel, Kontiki, Tea Cup Ride, Pirate Ship, Rio Grande Train, Gold Rush Falls, Viking Boats, Wave Runner, Trekking Tractors, 4D Cinema, Jumping Bean, Jumping Jack, Critter Creek including Cat-O-Pillar Coaster, Expedition Express & Beastie Burrow, Peppa Pig World including Miss Rabbit's Helicopter Ride, Grandpa Pig's Little Train Ride, Daddy Pig's Car Ride, George's Dinosaur Adventure, Grandpa Pig's Boat Ride, Peppa's Big Balloon Ride, The Windy Castle, George's Spaceship Indoor Playzone, Meerkat Manor, Penguins, beautiful gardens and exotic birds, Santa’s Grotto (must be pre-booked).

Rides and attractions CLOSED during Christmas at Paultons:

Lost Kingdom (all rides & attractions), Edge, Cobra, Magma, Go-Karts, Dragon Ride, Digger Ride, Seal Falls, Raging River Ride, Sky Swinger, Bouncy Castle, Trampolines, Water Kingdom and Muddy Puddles.

  • For technical, operational, weather, or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be closed, altered, removed or be otherwise unavailable at any time without prior notice
  • Please note Wave Runner cannot operate in temperatures below 5°C
  • Standard wheelchair user access is available in Santa’s Grotto. Please note motorised electric scooters cannot be permitted
  • We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. No refunds are available for the Christmas at Paultons event
  • There is an extra charge for some coin operated and seasonal amusements
  • Please be aware that some rides do have flash photography and Santa’s Grotto features projected scenes
  • Pushchairs are not permitted into Santa’s Grotto. An undercover pushchair shelter is available at the entrance to the attraction
  • After the children have met Santa they will be able to collect their present from the Elves in the Christmas Cabin immediately after their visit. Please ensure that you retain your tickets
  • Children under age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years' or over at all times
  • We regret dogs (except fully registered assistance dogs) are not permitted
